Senior Marketing Executive

J and A is hiring Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the brand, products, and services. The role requires leadership in managing various marketing channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving performance metrics to achieve business goals. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and leading the creation of engaging content and advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, etc.) that align with the companys objectives.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior leadership to develop long-term strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competitor trends, and industry changes to inform marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Lead content development for marketing materials, blogs, advertisements, and website copy. Ensure that content is aligned with the brands tone and goals.
Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and online advertising. Use data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing efforts are in line with the companys brand guidelines and consistently represent the brand across all touchpoints.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and support business goals.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI tracking for campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, prepare detailed reports, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Customer Engagement: Build and foster relationships with existing and potential customers through personalized communication and customer-focused strategies.
Event Planning: Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
