We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to oversee one of our Domestic Services division. This pivotal role involves managing the delivery of business information reports, interacting with clients, and supervising a team of operators and analysts dedicated to producing these reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and an understanding of credit risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the International Services division, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of business information reports to global clients.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a diverse team of operators and analysts responsible for creating and compiling domestic reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Plan launches, manage dependencies, and communicate status across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Data & Analytics: Define and track product KPIs and OKRs, build dashboards, and translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align international services with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or product management, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial services.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
