Ability to build and manage both internal and external relationships

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position
As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range
Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits
Responsibilities
As Senior Social Media Strategist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a strategic social media presence across our platforms that showcases the unique identity of the Alo brand – and establishes a strong connection with our community
Oversee and optimize team workflows and deadlines
Oversee social media content calendars, considering business goals and objectives including product drops, campaigns, events and in-store activations
Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for social media results and work closely with the director of social to provide insights, recommendations, and track against KPIs
Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to integrate influencer content to align with the drop calendar and other opportunities
Manage agency and analytics platform relationships
Provide insights on campaigns and projects to help refine strategies and approaches
Maintain up-to-date expertise on social platforms, including APIs and data limitations, social trends and culture
Present to leadership on key social analytics takeaways

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
