The Role
Ensure service delivery is timely, responsive and aligned with individual client needs, while meeting regulatory, quality and organisational standards. some of the main responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinating services to elders in their home, employing a ‘client needs’ mentality.
Coordinate the delivery of in-home services to elders living at home according to stakeholder requirements, quality standards and program guidelines.
First point of contact for clients for service arrangements.
Representing MiCare externally to engage different stakeholders.
Manage and facilitate the transfer of information across all stakeholders efficiently.
Support Personal Care Assistants in the delivery of services.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
A qualification relevant to the role and function of this position such as a certificate III in Business Administration, Aged Care.
Experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including high level experience in Excel, Word and Outlook and rostering programs.
High level administration skills, including data entry, and computer operations.
Knowledge of the Home Care Standards and compliance.
Working understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Working knowledge of employment Awards and EBAs relevant to Direct Care staff.
Understanding of the ageing process.
Previous experience in rostering and coordinating, preferably in Aged Care services environment.
Experience with Client Management Systems, such as AlayaCare.
Previous experience with general office duties and inbound calls.
