Full job description
At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children’s lives. It’s what we’ve been doing for more than 115 years. Through evidence-based thinking, hard work and true compassion, we’ve built a trusted reputation as Queensland’s leading provider of early childhood education. And as a child safe organisation, we put children's safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do, creating nurturing spaces where children can learn, explore, play and grow.
We’re currently seeking two detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Support Administration Officers. These are fixed-term, part-time roles covering a maternity leave until 1 February 2025. Position one is for 2 days per week, and position two is for 3 days per week. If you or someone you know is organised, proactive, and ready to be part of a vibrant team, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Service Support Administration Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Work collaboratively with our centres with advice, troubleshooting, service support and system configuration for our childcare management system, Kidsoft.
Provide quality training and education to our leaders in using the system.
Provide assistance and education to our leaders around managing their funding requirements in the system.
You’ll be vital to supporting our Early Childhood leaders via phone and email with their Childcare Management System including funding assistance, system set up and trouble shooting and training.
“I love being part of an organisation whose vision is to see a state ‘where every child flourishes’. I value the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way, to the impactful work that is being done in the early childhood education sector.” - Alex Bron, Management Accountant
