Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for multiple companies
Reconcile balance sheet and expense accounts
Prepare of standard and non standard journal entries during month-end close
Compile the weekly cash flow analysis and forecast
Prepare sales tax analysis
Assist in the preparation of governmental forms
Participate in the yearly audit
Participate in the monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
Doccument accounting procedures, processes, and internal controls
Support process automation/improvements, re-engineering projects, and system implementations/upgrades
Assist with compiling internal and external reports
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions
