Responsibilities
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and allocations
Prepare periodic billing (monthly/quarterly) reporting
Maintain fixed asset records and book depreciation
Review and process credit card expenses
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and accruals on a monthly basis
Prepare schedules and other requests related to financial statements
Monitor expenses for reasonableness and allocate, if needed
Serve as primary back-up for payroll
Create, revise, and review policies and internal controls
Assist with month-end closing procedures, as assigned
Attend required staff meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned or required

What You’ll Do
