Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Store Assistant to assist with duties including, but not limited to, in store merchandising, customer service, and POS transactions
Be readily available to assist and support incoming customers, providing a high level of customer service with a goal of 0 customer complaints
Engage customers with excellent customer service to make them feel welcome and comfortable in store
Contribute to sales and inventory goal attainment through promotion of products and excellent customer service
Assist in outbound customer communications by conducting outbound calls, sending or emailing thank you notes, and inviting customers to company held events
Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers
Assemble and disassemble Merchandise and Promotional Displays in a timely manner at the beginning and end of promotional periods
Manage and maintain stock in store
Maintain a clean and presentable environment for customers
All other duties as assigned

Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today’s licensed beauty professional.

We are currently seeking a Store Assistant to assist with duties including, but not limited to, in store merchandising, customer service, and POS transactions.

What You’ll Do
