Store Manager | Dan Murphy's - Canning Vale | Share your passion

The ROLE:

Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
Build a culture that is centred around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback as a pillar in your decision making
Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives and customer experience
Make the best use of the extensive resources and support to help you grow as a leader and build your team through training and development
