Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Team PA to join us on a 12 months FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Team PA to join our L&G Retail division, supporting senior leaders with a high standard of administrative and organisational expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and inclusive team where your contribution will make a real difference.

What you'll be doing:
• Managing inboxes and prioritising emails to ensure timely responses and effective delegation
• Coordinating diaries and arranging travel, meetings and hybrid logistics
• Organising events, away days and conferences for leaders and their teams
• Processing expenses and maintaining internal systems including filing and archiving
• Preparing agendas and high-quality PowerPoint presentations for meetings
• Maintaining team organisation charts and distribution lists
• Collaborating with the wider PA community to ensure seamless support and cover
• Delivering consistent, accurate service aligned with customer expectations and company values

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:
• Proven experience in a PA or administrative support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Confidence working independently and using initiative
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
• Awareness of business strategy, governance and internal networks
• A flexible approach and ability to adapt in a changing environment
