Key Responsibilities
• * Contact customers to follow up on previous inquiries or transactions.
• * Address customer concerns, provide relevant product information, and recommend solutions.
• * Upsell or cross-sell Flipkart services and products during conversations.
• * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the database.
• * Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
• * Stay updated on Flipkarts latest offerings, promotions, and policies.
• * Meet daily and monthly performance targets for calls made and sales closed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• * Basic knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
• * Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• * Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in customer interactions.
• * Exceptional listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs.
• * Organizational skills to manage multiple calls and data effectively.
• Experience
• * Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• * Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are welcome to apply.
