Driving real change by ensuring our initiatives remain accessible, impactful, and community-driven.
What are we looking for?
As our Voluntary Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for MTICBIAI. You will research grant opportunities, build relationships with donors and sponsors, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of our work. This is a flexible remote role, ideal for someone passionate about making a difference. Skills, Experience and Qualities Essential Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or business development. Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling funding applications. Ability to research and identify fundraising opportunities, including grants and sponsorships. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Passion for MTICBIAI’s mission and a commitment to social impact. Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple fundraising activities. Desirable Knowledge of fundraising regulations and ethical fundraising practices. Experience in donor engagement, partnership building, or corporate sponsorships. Creativity in developing fundraising campaigns and initiatives. This role is a great opportunity to develop skills, gain experience in fundraising, and contribute to meaningful change.

Founded in 2023, MTICBIAI creates digital content, psychological resources, and community-driven initiatives to empower individuals navigating trauma, adversity, and identity struggles. Through our podcast, digital magazine and social impact projects, we foster resilience, challenge stigma, and inspire change. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Fundraising Manager to join our team on a voluntary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing funding for our organisation, helping us to grow and sustain our work. Role Overview As a Fundraising Manager, you will develop and implement fundraising strategies, identify potential funding opportunities, and build relationships with donors, grant-makers, and sponsors. Your work will directly contribute to the sustainability and impact of our organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support. Research and identify grant opportunities, sponsorships, and corporate partnerships. Write compelling funding applications and proposals. Manage donor relations, ensuring consistent communication and engagement. Organise and support fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives. Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
