Salary £27,000 dependent on experience
Hours 13:00pm – 22:00pm – 40 hours per week
High Wycombe HP12 4HS – Site based

We are continuing to build an Everlasting Shawston, and need likeminded individuals to join our team. We are now looking for a committed individual to join our High Wycombe Warehouse Team in the role of Warehouse Operative. Our High Wycombe branch is dynamic, fun and the largest of the Shawston groups sites.

About The Role
• Ensuring the safe and efficient Picking and Packing of orders.
• Loading and Unloading vehicles in a safe and controlled environment.
• Carrying out high standards of hygiene through 5’s methodology.
• Proactive involvement with Perpetual & Location driven Audits.
• Working as a team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Having keen attention to detail to ensure high quality customer service.
About You
To be considered for this role, we ask that you hold all of the below skills and experience;
• Warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
• The ability to adapt in a changing environment whilst remaining calm.
• A proactive and methodical mindset.
• Be punctual and flexible.
• Is physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes and tubes.
• Excellent organization skills
• Comfortable navigating a large Warehouse in order to locate customer items.
• Counterbalance Forklift Truck preferred but not required.
• Punctuality, flexibility and positivity.
• Numerate, literate with a good basic knowledge of working with computers.
