主要职责:
根据公司业务发展,制定并执行招聘计划
独立完成从职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排到录用谈判的完整招聘流程
与用人部门紧密合作,深入了解岗位需求并提供招聘建议
优化招聘流程、工具和候选人体验
(如有安排)指导或协助其他招聘同事的工作
任职要求:
至少2年招聘相关经验,具备独立操作全流程的能力
以下经验为加分项:
团队管理或招聘项目统筹
熟悉人力资源模块(员工关系、绩效管理、培训发展、EDI等)
熟悉英国本地招聘或中英跨国招聘
销售或沟通能力强的相关背景
熟悉中英文化,具备良好的跨文化沟通与团队协作能力
结果导向,善于解决问题,具备主人翁精神

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid & Flexible Work Model)
Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 per year + unlimited performance bonus + personal allowance

About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving recruitment across the UK and China for a range of creative, tech, and operational roles. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated recruiter who thrives on ownership, flexibility, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and execute recruitment plans aligned with ongoing business needs
· Independently manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting and CV screening to interviews and offer negotiations
· Collaborate with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring goals
· Provide strategic input and improve recruitment tools, workflows, and candidate experience
· (If assigned) Oversee and support junior recruiters or coordinate hiring projects
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring independently
· Bonus points for experience in:
o Team management or project coordination
o HR modules such as employee relations, performance, L&D, or EDI
o UK recruitment or cross-border hiring
o Sales or high-communication backgrounds
· A proactive problem-solver with strong cross-cultural communication skills (familiarity with both Chinese and UK work cultures is ideal)
