Job Summary:
The Executive - HR at Gourmet Guru is responsible for managing and executing key HR functions to ensure seamless operations across all company outlets. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation, fostering a productive and positive workplace culture
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & OnboardingTalent Acquisition & Onboarding
· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for both outlet and corporate roles.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain an updated database of prospective candidates and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Payroll & Attendance Management
· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
· Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and incentives in coordination with management.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
· Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company regulations.
· Maintain updated employee records, including contracts, personal details, and performance evaluations.
· Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws as applicable.
Performance Management
· Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback and assisting managers in evaluations.
· Develop and track key HR metrics to assess workforce productivity and growth.
· Implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
requirement : HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND PREFERRED
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR roles (experience level as per the role).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
