Manage complete HR partnering and lifecycle for Delhi airport based employees (~1000 employees). Engage regularly with all stakeholders (station) and work as a member of the station leadership team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda
Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues
Manage processes like PMS , engagement , recognitions , exits etc for the station
Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, R&R and performance, dashboards, etc.)
Manage employee grievances and queries through HR Shared Services support - station level HR Ops including grievance closure, emergency situations, data sanctity , investigations etc
Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the station
Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
Supporting the conceptualization, design and implementation of various station level customized engagement initiatives
Educational Qualification:-
MBA in HR will be preferred
