The Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI) is seeking an organised and adaptable Administration Officer to support a multidisciplinary team. This part-time role offers flexibility—working Mondays and Thursdays from our Liverpool office, with the third day negotiable for the right candidate. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective administrative and data support to the PCLI team, which plays a vital role in shaping complex care and community rehabilitation across NSW. You’ll be confident, resourceful, and empathetic, with excellent communication and customer service skills. The position involves face-to-face client interaction and may require travel to various sites across the district. What You'll be Doing
This position provides general administration services to Liverpool/ Fairfield Mental Health Services, maintains relevant office systems and a high quality customer focused service. The position links in with and supports other administrative positions located within the Mental Health Services, both inpatient and outpatient units.
Where You'll Be Working
SWSLHD Community Mental Health Services provide comprehensive, community-based mental health care across South Western Sydney.
These services cater to different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older persons, ensuring specialised care throughout various life stages. The multidisciplinary teams offer a range of supports, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy. They work closely with inpatient services, GPs, and other community organisations to provide holistic care.

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
