Job Title: Pediatric ECMO Specialist – Registered Nurse (Nights)

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Nights | Senior Level

Relocation: Full relocation package available

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Pediatric ECMO Specialist RNs to join our world-class ECMO team. You will be part of one of the oldest and most recognized ECMO programs in Texas, designated as a Center of Excellence by the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO). Since 1992, the program has treated more than 500 pediatric patients and continues to deliver compassionate, life-saving care.

Key Responsibilities

Operate ECMO systems during critical pediatric and NICU emergencies
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute care plans
Mentor and support junior nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hospital policies
What We’re Looking For

BSN required from an accredited nursing program
RN license in Texas (or compact license)
BLS certification (additional certifications may apply)
At least 2 years of ECMO Specialist experience
Prior experience with pediatric or NICU populations
