Job Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This candidate will support day-to-day operations to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to multitasking.

Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, and correspondence. Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
