Facilitate executive-level operations - Assist on special projects on a case by case basis that can range from reviewing documents to data entry to booking travel, submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed

US Ghost Adventures is looking for an administrative assistant to join our corporate team. This person will work to support the Vice President of Marketing, and will be remote from home.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
