What your day will look like:
Manage a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution
Assess claims for reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation needs
Investigate claims and interpret medical documents with a focus on proactive claims management
Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with following all internal policies and procedures
Provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Calculate settlement offers, negotiate settlements and attend settlement conferences with lawyers and Counsel
Display behaviours that contribute and drive a positive culture
What we're looking for:
Experience that Counts in CTP claims, allied health professions and lawyers.
Empathy and Compassion for our customers, understanding their unique situations.
Communication Prowess enabling you to build rapport, convey complex information, and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders, including claimants, third-party providers, external bodies, and internal teams.
Administrative Skills leveraging Suncorp’s technology systems and platforms to effectively manage all aspects of each claim within the framework of State legislation
