Full job description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you will craft compelling, high-quality content that communicates our brand voice, supports our marketing objectives, and engages our audience across multiple channels. You will collaborate with internal departments and our Leadership Team to produce everything from executive messaging and website copy to press releases and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create clear, engaging, and accurate content for various corporate communications (e.g., ad copy, website, video scripts, newsletters, blog posts, press releases, reports, etc.)
Write thought leadership articles, case studies, e-books and white papers that reflect the company’s industry expertise.
Collaborate with and service all department leads and their teams to understand communication goals and develop tailored messaging that adheres to our corporate voice.
Maintain and evolve the company’s tone of voice and style guide. Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, accuracy, and clarity.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and reinforces key corporate messages.
Conduct industry research to stay current with trends, competitors, and market language.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a corporate or B2C environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of brand voice and audience-centric messaging.
Experience in crafting engaging copy that positions a company and its products as leaders in the industry, while also creating narratives that capture attention and drive engagement.
Possesses the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences or platforms, including blogs, emails, social media, and whitepapers.
Knows how to create compelling narratives that capture attention and drive engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management systems (CMS).

Pay: $53,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
