We are now expanding into B2B corporate gifting — bringing elegance, quality, and customization to clients seeking meaningful, high-impact gifts.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Head to lead and grow Chokore’s B2B Gifting Division. This is a key strategic role responsible for building our corporate gifting business from the ground up — including prospecting clients, pitching personalized solutions, closing large orders, and managing key relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the corporate gifting space, a strong network, and an understanding of fashion/lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute the B2B gifting sales plan aligned with brand positioning and revenue goals.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to corporates, agencies, HR & procurement heads for corporate gifting and employee engagement opportunities.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership: From pitch to negotiation to closure to collections — manage the full cycle with a consultative approach.
• Custom Gifting Solutions: Work with internal design, sourcing, and operations teams to create bespoke gifting options (seasonal, festive, event-based).
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on trends in corporate gifting, procurement cycles, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in corporate gifting sales or institutional sales.
• Proven track record in closing large-volume gifting deals with corporates or agencies.
• Strong network of corporate/HR/procurement/marketing decision-makers.
• Excellent pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in fashion accessories or premium lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree
• Prior experience working with gifting companies, merchandising agencies, or high-end fashion/lifestyle brands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
