We’re seeking a hands-on Corporate Event Specialist with strong banquet service and bar knowledge to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary:
As a Corporate Event Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of corporate events, meetings, and private functions. Your experience in food & beverage service, bartending, and banquet operations will be key to ensuring each event exceeds client expectations and runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute a variety of corporate and social events, from initial booking to final breakdown
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the event lifecycle
Coordinate with vendors, bar, and service teams to deliver high-quality experiences
Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces
Ensure compliance with ******* service laws and health regulations
Step in to assist with serving or bartending as needed during peak events
Train and lead banquet and service staff during events
Maintain accurate records of event details, billing, and post-event feedback
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in event coordination or banquet management
Background in food & beverage service and bartending required
Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move banquet equipment as needed
Flexible schedule — must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with POS systems and event management tools a plus
