Job Role

As our Creative AI Content Specialist, you’ll produce compelling images, videos, reels, and carousels using advanced AI design tools. You’ll work closely with the content and branding team to craft content that is visually striking, emotionally appealing, and social-first. Your work will directly shape how audiences perceive luxury real estate in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities
• Create AI-powered visuals and videos using tools like Kling AI, Runway Gen-3, Midjourney, DALL·E 3, MS Designer, InVideo, and Canva
• Design Instagram carousels, cinematic reels, lifestyle-driven visuals, and property showcases
• Translate content briefs into emotionally impactful creative outputs
• Collaborate with content and branding teams to align messaging and visuals
• Stay up to date with social media trends, design hooks, and visual formats
• Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Radiant Gain’s premium tone
• Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and scroll-stopping visuals

Ideal Candidate
• Has a strong eye for aesthetics, color, layout, and emotional design
• Proficient with AI visual tools and creative design workflows
• Passionate about design trends, storytelling, and AI-powered content
• Organized, self-driven, and open to feedback
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury content creation
