Salary: Up to ₹21,000 + Incentives + Travelling Allowance
Job Type: Full-Time job
Work Days: 6 days a week with alternate Saturdays off and fixed Sundays off
Experience Level: Freshers and candidates with 1 year of international BPO experience
Job Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction via email. Immediate joiners are welcome!
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent support to national and international customers via email
• Utilize strong English communication skills to interact effectively
• Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a positive customer experience by exceeding expectations at every touchpoint
• Adapt to a rotational schedule, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 customer support
• Collaborate with a supportive team of Kawardha branch to achieve shared goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
• HSC/12th pass or Graduate freshers from Kawardha are encouraged to apply
• 1 year of international BPO experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel is beneficial
• Must reside within a designated travel boundary for the Kawardha office
