Role: D2C Growth Associate (Shopify)

📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai (On-site)

💼 Experience: 2–4 years (Fashion / D2C preferred)

Key Responsibilities

🛒 Shopify Store & Merchandising
• Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront for a seamless shopping experience.
• Upload and manage product catalogs, size charts, inventory, and seasonal collections.
• Collaborate with design & marketing teams to create engaging landing pages.
• Implement fashion-specific merchandising: “Shop the Look,” size/age collections, festive drops.

📈 Revenue Growth & Conversion Optimization
• Drive CRO through A/B testing of product pages, CTAs, and checkout flows.
• Increase AOV via upselling, cross-selling, bundling, and free-shipping thresholds.
• Set up abandoned cart recovery, retention, and loyalty/referral programs.

📊 Analytics & Insights
• Track KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate.
• Analyze customer cohorts, seasonal demand, and product performance.
• Share actionable insights with leadership for growth strategy.

🎯 Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Support festive campaigns, influencer drops, and collection launches.
• Ensure Shopify integrates smoothly with Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces.
• Implement SEO best practices for product pages and collections.
• Enable reviews & UGC to build trust in the kidswear segment.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify experience in D2C fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of CRO, merchandising, retention strategies.
• Familiarity with Shopify apps (ReConvert, Klaviyo, Smile.io, Judge.me, etc.).
• Working knowledge of GA4, Facebook Pixel, and marketing attribution tools.
• Analytical + creative mindset with an eye for fashion and user experience.
