Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher/Entry-Level) to join our analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about working with data and eager to learn. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience with modern analytics tools, and grow your expertise in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Preparation:

Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, reports).
Support in maintaining data accuracy and quality.
Data Analysis:

Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
Use statistical techniques to interpret data and support business objectives.
Reporting & Visualization:

Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau under the guidance of senior analysts.
Help visualize data to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Collaboration:

Work with different teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs.
Assist in translating business questions into analytical solutions.
Learning & Development:

Continuously improve your skills in SQL, Excel, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
Stay updated with data trends and best practices in analytics.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in data analysis, problem-solving, and business intelligence.
Basic knowledge of Excel and any one programming/query language (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
