What will you be doing?
• Digital implementation: Execute digital strategies that would improve the sell-thru of key classifications and marketing programs
• Implement strategies: Cross functionally collaborate on digital strategies created to maximize digital sales
• Forecast management: Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts by utilizing planning tools and analyzing business
• Sales optimization: Drive sales and profitability through carefully monitoring consumer trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies
• Sales communication: Communicate with accounts and corporate partners regarding sales, shipments, and markdowns
• Strategic partnership: Drive key items, classifications, and brands while partnering with the planning team to forecast business and employing an analytical approach in assortment setup
• Retail communication: Communicate with retailers to relay information regarding trends and sales analysis and anticipate needs of accounts and react quickly
• Sell-through management: Optimize retail sell-thru to improve brand market share as well as deliver increased retailer gross margins

What makes you the perfect fit!
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Digital Sales/Sales Management experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferably to department stores, and/or independent/specialty stores preferred
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office including Excel required
• SAP Experience a plus
