Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends to inform product development.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics using tools such as Nielsen to optimize marketing efforts.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare strategic plans for product launches and promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies through data analysis and adjust tactics as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand management or a similar role within the marketing field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Proficient in social media management tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
