We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, improving user experience, executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving online revenue growth. This role requires both technical know-how and creative flair.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.)
Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
Execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic
Plan and implement online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to align branding and messaging
Analyze e-commerce performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Excel
Monitor customer reviews and feedback, resolving issues to improve satisfaction
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and competitive landscape
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and return/refund management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce analytics tools
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online customer behavior
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce platforms
