Job Overview
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, analytical individual with an understanding of marketing principles and client service to join our team at Practical Effects. In this role, you will be a crucial member of our project teams and client service organization, supporting the creation of client deliverables, analyzing primary research data, and planning client campaigns.
Responsibilities
As part of a small and agile team, you will play a critical role in shaping the success and future of Practical Effects. You will:
Design, conduct, and analyze primary research, both quantitative and qualitative
Interpret results from primary research, and support creation of client deliverables
Support planning and execution of email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Google, and Klaviyo
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to execute client deliverables on time
Create materials for client check-ins as well as sales meetings, including creating summary reporting material and digital audit content for sales conversations
Support Practical Effects marketing efforts, including white papers and social media

You should have:
A college degree or are in your final year of study
A commitment to personal and professional excellence
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Attention to detail and an eye for beautiful design
A pulse on our culture and an interest in what shapes trends
Comfort with numbers and ability to draw conclusions from data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Docs
Excellent time management and task management skills
Ideal, but not required:
Experience with Google, Meta and Reddit Ad Managers
Experience with Hubspot, Klaviyo, or other CRM platforms
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
1-2 years experience at a research or advertising agency
