About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a solid background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)marketing. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in handling performance marketing campaigns with significant budgets, scaling brands, and driving conversions. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Ads Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Strategically allocate and manage budgets of ₹10 Lakhs or more per month to achieve ROI and CPA targets.
• Perform A/B testing, creative iteration, and audience segmentation to improve campaign outcomes.
• D2C Growth Strategy:
• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to scale D2C brands effectively.
• Work closely with the design, content, and tech teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and high-converting funnels.
• Conversion Rate Optimization:
• Analyze website and campaign data to identify bottlenecks in conversion.
• Propose and implement changes to increase landing page effectiveness, CTR, and CVR.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and others to monitor KPIs and track campaign performance.
• Create weekly and monthly reports outlining key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Compliance & Industry Standards:
• Stay updated with latest ad policies and platform guidelines on Meta and Google to ensure compliance.
• Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google for D2C brands.
• Experience managing marketing budgets of ₹10 Lakhs/month or higher.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel/Sheets.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and sales funnel strategy.
• Solid understanding of latest digital marketing trends, privacy guidelines (e.g., iOS14+ changes), and ad policies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
• Familiarity with email/SMS marketing, influencer collaborations, or affiliate marketing.
• Prior experience with Shopify or other D2C platforms.
• Creative mindset to brainstorm and test new messaging and visual strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
