We serve B2B/B2B2C and B2C clients across various industries, including professional services, technology, and healthcare. We are seeking creative talent with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can understand the client's business, prioritize activities according to goals, and get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and edit social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Act as a brand ambassador for each client by responding and reposting to create audience engagement.
- Grow the social media audience and elevate brand awareness and advocacy.
- Utilize paid social marketing strategies where appropriate.
- Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies.
Marketing Content Creation
- Develop messaging and content for multiple channels, including social media, web, print collateral, and advertisements.
- Understand and implement strategies for B2B, B2C, and channel marketing.
Campaign Management
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including plan development, content calendars, component production (emails, social posts, landing pages, ads), execution, and recap reporting.
Reporting and Analytics
- Produce project and performance reports.
- Analyze and interpret marketing metrics, including website traffic and social media footprint.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate time sheets by client and job.
- Manage vendor relationships and job traffic as needed.
SEO Management
- Apply SEO concepts, including keyword optimization, to improve online visibility.
Skills and Qualifications
Creative Skills
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels, including posting, reporting, tactics, and strategy.
- Familiarity with modern marketing concepts and techniques such as inbound marketing and generative search.
- Excellent research skills to identify trends and audience preferences.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and other editing tools).
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency with Google Tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile).
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT and CoPilot).
- Basic skills in WordPress are a plus.
Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and campaign management.
- Ability to research and stay updated with AI trends in marketing.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or branding.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic communication planning, pitch deck development, and digital campaign creation.
- Experience in developing value propositions and B2B messaging and presentations.
- Demonstrated creative flair, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
