As the Director, HR & Talent (India), you will be responsible for strategically directing and overseeing all aspects of our people operations, including talent acquisition, learning & development, culture initiatives, and performance management across India. You will play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce, while also providing essential global support. You will develop and drive innovative initiatives that align with Atrium's global vision and People & Talent strategic objectives.
In This Role, You Will
• Develop and implement comprehensive People and Talent strategies for India that align with global organizational objectives and local market nuances.
• Develop, recommend, and implement India-specific personnel policies and procedures, ensuring they are documented and communicated effectively, including maintaining an employee handbook.
Design and implement a strategic recruitment plan for India, ensuring the selection of highly qualified employees. Collaborate closely with global teams to align recruitment efforts and provide support for global talent initiatives.
• Optimize talent acquisition to meet resource demands, ensuring alignment with profit margin maximization and the strategic utilization of our workforce, while continuously reskilling and upskilling our talent pool to embrace new innovations and technologies.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking analysis specific to the Indian market and provide recommendations. Manage the end-to-end yearly process for compensation, merit, and promotion budgeting and implementation. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance, and informing employees of their benefits.
• Champion a continuous learning culture by developing and implementing L&D programs tailored to employee and organizational needs, supporting career growth and skill enhancement.
• Analyze employee feedback and data to proactively create a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged work environment. Drive initiatives that reinforce Atrium's values and foster a strong organizational culture.
• Lead the execution of Atrium's performance management frameworks and processes, including regular appraisal cycles, to foster employee growth, accountability, and high performance.
• Address employee concerns and guide to ensure adherence to the code of conduct, maintaining discipline, and a harmonious working environment. Ensure legal compliance with all Indian federal and state labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee all central HR administration, including employee offer letters, salary letters, appraisal letters, promotion letters, and employment contracts.
• Establish and maintain department records and reports, recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and services continually.
• Coordinate recruiting, learning, and performance management activities with global counterparts.
In This Role, You Will Have
• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting with a master's degree in Human Resources or a similar certification.
Global experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the consulting industry, preferably having worked in the Salesforce & Snowflake ecosystem.
• Broad generalist background including coaching and counseling, performance management, employee involvement, team building etc.
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
• Extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior leadership team.
• Thorough knowledge of HR principles and local regulations.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with BambooR, ClearCo, Tovuti, and Predictive Index platforms is a plus.
• Requirement: 4-day a week Jaipur office attendance
