Responsibilities
In this key role, you will support the strategic vision and direction of Occupational Health and Employee Health Services for our client in West Reading, PA
You will provide clinical leadership in system Occupational Health & Workers Compensation matters while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
You will work alongside various stakeholders to improve employee wellness and safety
Collaborate with dyad partners to ensure a systematic approach for delivering employee and occupational health care
Provide clinical leadership for Occupational Claims and serve as the medical subject matter expert in Workers Compensation
Hold responsibility for the quality of medical care in the hospital’s Employee Health and Occupational Medicine practices
Collaborate in the development of policies promoting employee wellness and safety
Supervise physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering their growth and education
Assure program compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policy
Develop and maintain clinical policies and practices across the health system
Review and analyze the quality of Occupational Health and Employee Health Services programs
Lead the Enterprise Internal drug testing procedures as Medical Review Officer (MRO)
