Multiple Casual positions available based onsite at our Dandenong location
Customer service and administration support to internal stakeholders, and current and prospective clients
Ability to work 2 days a week (0.4 FTE) initially will be required
Ability to speak Pashtu will be highly regarded
Hourly rate is $39.40 + 12% super

About the position
We are seeking applications for multiple Education Support Officer positions at our Dandenong location. If successful, you will provide effective and quality customer service and administration support to internal stakeholders and current and prospective clients.
To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
Minimum of Certificate III in Business Administration or similar field; and/or at least 3 years' experience in an administration role
Ability and willingness to work across multiple sites as required in the North West Education Hub
Proven experience in the provision of administrative support in a funded/contracted setting, including the ability to communicate with a range of people (for example, CALD communities and difficult clients)
Demonstrated knowledge of various administrative functions in Education programs including SEE, Skills First, AMEP and ACFE
High level IT skills including use of online platforms in registering and enrolling Education clients
Proficient in STRATA, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Demonstrated experience and ability in using online platforms to support clients and client data reporting
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve and take the extra mile to engage clients
Experience working with client management systems (STRATA) and/or government reporting systems (ARMS, VET Online, SVTS, inputting and extracting data
Possess strong organisational and time management skills
Exposure to financial processes, payments and/or petty cash management
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a busy environment
Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Pashtu will be highly regarded
