Job Description Summary
The Enterprise Partnerships & Business Development Leader, Imaging ANZ is responsible to manage and nurture large - enterprise partnerships, including corporate nominated accounts, emerging corporates and complex structures in the Public sector (MES). The Enterprise Partnerships & Business Development Leader will focus on the long-term sustainability of the business, introducing new commercial structures and building the strategy for our digital connectivity need and capability in a changing marketplace to ensure we remain competitive.
The Enterprise Partnerships & Business Development Leader will work collaboratively with modality and other organizational Sales Leaders to achieve financial metrics and deliver in the case of multi-modality and/or cross-P&L business events and strategies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include (but are not limited to):
Partnership Management: Manage and nurture large enterprise partnerships, including Corporate nominated accounts and strategic alliances.
Collaboration: Leverage internal resources and drive collaboration across State Sales Leaders, the Imaging Commercial Leader, Imaging modality teams, and other supporting functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Market Adaptation: Build capability in a changing digital marketplace, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Public Healthcare Policy Awareness: Stay informed about government policy changes related to the Imaging segment, ensuring GEHC capitalizes on growth opportunities.
Strategic Support: Assist in developing and supporting new structures and go-to-market strategies, such as Managed Equipment Services (MES).
Best practice adoption: Work with the International Enterprise Solutions teams and relevant AKA Commercial teams to import and share best practices including the co-ordination of international relationships.
Resource requirements: determine skills required for digital capability lift or emerging solutions to the local market needs
Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a growth mindset and a natural ability to collaborate across the business.
Cultural Leadership: Cultivate a culture of unity and collaboration within the organization.
Coaching
Drive performance within the Imaging team, providing a regular operating mechanism of feedback and coaching with indirect team
Is responsible to regularly have “infield coaching” sessions with the sales team, providing regular, timely and productive development feedback
Create regular opportunities to involve the team to share best practices on opportunity management
Is role-model to team for utilizing GEHC resources and networks to create and manage opportunities
Regularly provides update to team on company, market and customer insights.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE HealthCare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare Environment, Health & Safety Policies) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
Proven experience in managing large enterprise partnerships and strategic alliances.
Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and its evolving dynamics.
Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across various teams and functions.
In-depth knowledge of government policies affecting the Imaging segment.
Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to foster a collaborative culture.
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region
You must have an active driver’s licence.
