Prepare, review, and modify estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
Manage case files and maintain case-related records, including drafting and organizing legal documents
Communicate with clients, court officials, and other parties as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Conduct legal research and factual investigation as needed
