We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our clients' goals and expectations
You will work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution while managing logistics, budgeting, and on-site coordination
Plan, organize, and execute corporate and private events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and materials
Develop event timelines, schedules, and logistics plans
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations
Monitor budgets and manage expenses to stay within financial guidelines
Handle client communications, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
