We're searching for an outstanding Events Manager who shares our dedication to delivering unforgettable experiences to lead our events program at our new 3rd location opening in the spring/summer of 2026! Responsibilities:
Answer all social event inquiries including but not limited to kids’ birthday events, sports team events, adult birthday’s, anniversary parties, school trips, and many more!
Create custom event proposals and contracts, guiding clients through the booking process from beginning to end.
Manage client payments, menu selections, event changes and updates in a timely manner.
Engage in professional sales calls, meetings, and client site visits for both Corporate and Social events.
Liaise with the operations team to coordinate weekly kitchen packages and assess staffing requirements on a regular basis, making updates as required.
Work daily on the floor, greeting clients and assisting operations where needed during peak periods.
Contribute to the overall venue sales and operational goals in collaboration with the full Events Team.
Qualifications:
Willingness to undergo a current Background Check.
Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
1+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.
1+ years of event planning experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).
