• tions.Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential sponsors, presenting tailored sponso
rship packages to meet their needs and objec
• tives.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existin
g and potential sponsors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat bus
• iness.Proposal Creation: Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that cl
early communicate the benefits of partnering with our e
• vents.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship opportunitie
s and stay updated with industry t
• rends.Collaboration: Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless integrati
on of sponsorship elements into event planning and exec
• ution.Negotiation: Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring favorable terms for bot
h the company and the sp
• onsor.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue fore
casts to senior manag

ment.

perienc:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within
the evens,
exhibitions, or college sponso
r
ship sectrs.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or
a
related
• feld.
SkiStrong sales and negotiation
• skills.
Excellent communication and presentation ab
• ilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key sta
• keholder.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales
• strategis.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work

Proficiency in CRM software and Mi
crosoft Office SPreferred
