About the Job
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international travel booking and coordination of founders and the team.
What you will do:
Managing events, holidays, parties etc done by the company
Creating and owning the birthday and special dates database for employees, partners and clients
Sending greetings and gifts where needed
Being owner of all office celebrations and seasonal gifting
Managing founder's calendars and setting up meetings
Managing credit card bill payment and travel reimbursement
Coordinating with admin suppliers and vendors
Executing employee engagement program
Managing office boys
