Job Overview:

The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Push campaigns that build lasting relationships with customers, drive brand loyalty, and increase revenue. You’ll work closely with our creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and provide customers with an exceptional experience across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Design, build, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns alongside SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Push notifications, including content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and deployment.
• Email & SMS Automation: Set up automated email and SMS workflows such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase emails, and customer engagement drip campaigns.
• WhatsApp & Web Push Campaigns: Plan and implement WhatsApp and Web Push marketing strategies to keep customers engaged with real-time updates and personalized offers.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging, on-brand email and SMS templates that incorporate personalized content and product recommendations.
• List Management: Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp lists, segment databases for targeted messaging, and clean lists by removing non-engaging recipients.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Push channels. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and creative to continually improve engagement and conversion rates across all channels.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and mobile messaging regulations, maintaining high sender reputation scores and opt-in rates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, product) to ensure campaigns across all channels are aligned with broader marketing strategies and business goals.
• Multichannel Calendar Management: Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication with subscribers and customers across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Push.
• Optimization & Testing: Use heatmaps, channel tracking, and behavioral insights to continuously improve content, layouts, and timing across multiple channels.
• Customer Engagement: Implement omnichannel strategies that ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Push.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing with hands-on experience in SMS, WhatsApp, and Web Push marketing, ideally within e-commerce or a related industry.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, Braze, Campaign Monitor, SendGrid) and SMS/WhatsApp platforms like Attentive, WhatsApp Business API, or similar.
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing automation, segmentation, and CRM management.
• Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Power BI or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of email and mobile messaging deliverability best practices, sender reputation management, and compliance with regulations.
• Familiarity with email and SMS marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates) and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating and troubleshooting email templates is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling multichannel campaigns.

Preferred:
• Experience with luxury e-commerce (USA focused) and customer segmentation tools.
• Hands-on experience with email/SMS personalization and dynamic content strategies.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing strategies and customer retention techniques.
