Family Law Attorney

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to represent our clients in matters related to family law.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing legal advice and interpretation to clients on family law matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Reviewing legal cases to determine the best course of action.
• Preparing for and conducting family law proceedings.
• Representing clients in court.
• Making legal recommendations and advice.
• Counseling clients on their legal rights and responsibilities.
• Negotiating settlements.
• Managing client relationships.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in Family Law or Criminal Law.
• Knowledge of state and local laws and regulations related to family law.
