About this job
This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant Targeted Early Help Team.

The job is rewarding and challenging, working with children (aged 0-19 years) and their families, to provide frontline targeted support when families are in need. We work with families who have a range of needs and challenges and provide intervention, working in partnership with the families and other agencies, like schools, health providers and the voluntary sector, to help families to move on with their lives. We work in the community, in family homes, children's centres, schools and other settings.


About you
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful applicants including a Disclosure check.

We are currently in the process of developing our services and working to develop Best Chance Hubs, which you will be based within. We work closely with our colleagues in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub and Social Care, and partners within schools, health and the community.
