Job Title: Finance Director

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: Part Time Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Complex Accounts Management: Oversee and manage complex accounts positions across multiple companies within our organisation.

- Year-End Statutory Accounts: Assist the accountants with year-end statutory accounts preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including transaction processing and reconciliations.

- Management Accounts: Prepare and present regular management accounts, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and implement strategies to ensure optimal financial stability.

- **Payment Processing:** Efficiently process payments and manage vendor relationships.

- Financial Reporting: Produce comprehensive financial reports to support internal and external stakeholders.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a small but effective team, offering financial expertise and guidance.

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with relevant experience in finance management.

- Proven ability to manage complex accounts positions across multiple entities.

- Strong understanding of year-end statutory accounts and audit processes.

- Excellent bookkeeping skills and proficiency in financial software and tools.

- Effective cash flow management and forecasting experience.

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

- Part-time position: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, three days per week.

Location:

- Office based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
