Job Description

Welcoming guests with a friendly smile, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere as their first point of contact.
Delivering outstanding service, attentively catering to guest needs and exceeding expectations throughout their visit.
Building rapport with VIPs and regular guests to ensure personalized and memorable experiences.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, bringing experience from a star-class hotel or a vibrant restaurant setting.
Confidently communicating in English, while being approachable and supportive to those for whom English is not their first language.
Passionate, organized, and dedicated to making every dining experience special and unforgettable for our guests.

Qualifications

Bringing at least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with a strong foundation in customer care
Confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, while offering support to guests for whom English may not be their first language
Providing exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest needs are met and expectations exceeded
Leveraging your background in hospitality, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant or 5-star Hotel environment
Organized, energetic, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences that guests will appreciate and cherish
Approachable and professional, with a flair for making every guest feel valued and cared for
