We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during night shifts. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all reports are balanced.
Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests during night hours.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience in front desk operations within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
