Responsabilités

Agir en tant que principal point de contact pour les demandes des franchisés, en offrant soutien et solutions.
Gérer les demandes de service client par e-mail et téléphone, traiter les plaintes et l’émission de cartes-cadeaux.
Assurer la sécurité et la prévention de la fraude sur les plateformes numériques de marketing.
Collecter et analyser les données de ventes pour évaluer la performance des promotions et des produits.
Développer et exécuter le calendrier marketing, en assurant le bon déroulement des promotions et des lancements de produits.
Créer et gérer des campagnes d’email marketing, en segmentant les audiences pour un ciblage optimal.
Superviser l’application et le programme de fidélité, en garantissant leur bon fonctionnement et la satisfaction des clients.
Planifier et exécuter des campagnes promotionnelles sur Uber Eats, les plateformes numériques et en magasin.
Coordonner la création des supports marketing, y compris les visuels, le contenu des réseaux sociaux et les affichages en magasin.
Soutenir les franchisés dans leurs initiatives marketing locales et assurer le respect de l’image de marque.
Assister dans le recrutement, notamment la publication d’offres d’emploi et la sélection des candidatures.
Organiser et superviser les lancements de nouveaux produits, y compris les séances photo et le contenu promotionnel.
Coordonner les mises à jour du site web, les stratégies SEO et la présence en ligne avec les agences et partenaires externes.
Gérer la communication avec les partenaires externes pour les réseaux sociaux, la publicité et le marketing numérique.
Rédiger et envoyer des infolettres internes mensuelles et trimestrielles pour tenir les franchisés informés des initiatives marketing.
Concevoir des campagnes d’email marketing externes et optimiser les stratégies d’audience.
Participer aux réunions stratégiques pour analyser la performance et optimiser les efforts marketing.
Superviser les ouvertures de nouveaux magasins et développer des plans de lancement marketing.
Suivre et analyser la performance des campagnes marketing et ajuster les stratégies si nécessaire.
Maintenir et améliorer les processus de service client afin d’assurer une expérience fluide aux clients et franchisés.
Suivre et traiter les factures de dépenses marketing pour la comptabilité.
Compétences

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, communication et organisation.
Maîtrise de Google Workspace, Shopify, MailChimp, Canva, HubSpot et des outils de marketing numérique.
Capacité à analyser les données de ventes et les indicateurs de performance.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
Esprit analytique et souci du détail pour résoudre les problèmes efficacement.
Expérience en service client et en accompagnement des franchisés (un atout).
Expérience

Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communication ou toute expérience pertinente.
Expérience confirmée en coordination marketing, idéalement dans l’industrie de la restauration ou de la franchise.
Bonne compréhension des principes de publicité et stratégies de marketing numérique.
Connaissance approfondie des techniques et outils d’email marketing.
Compréhension des principes du design graphique et des meilleures pratiques.
Capacité à créer des visuels de base à l’aide d’outils intuitifs comme Canva.
Connaissance des principes SEO et des meilleures pratiques en référencement.
Expérience avec des outils analytiques pour suivre la performance et extraire des insights exploitables.
Notions de HTML pour la gestion des sites web et applications mobiles.
Excellentes compétences en recherche pour rester informé des tendances du secteur et du comportement des consommateurs.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for franchisee inquiries, providing support and solutions.
Manage customer service inquiries by email and phone call, complaints, and gift card issuance.
Track and process marketing expense invoices for accounting.
Maintain security and fraud prevention across digital marketing platforms.
Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate promotions and product performance.
Develop and execute the marketing calendar, ensuring timely promotions and product launches.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences for targeted outreach.
Oversee the app and loyalty program, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns across Uber Eats, digital platforms, and in-store marketing.
Coordinate marketing materials, including graphics, social media content, and store displays.
Support franchisees with local marketing initiatives and brand compliance.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and resume screening.
Organize and oversee product launches, including photoshoots and promotional content.
Coordinate website updates, SEO strategies, and online brand presence with external agencies and partners.
Lead communications with external partners for social media, advertising, and digital marketing.
Create monthly and quarterly internal newsletter to ensure franchisees are informed about marketing initiatives.
Create external email marketing, manage and optimize the audiences strategies.
Participate in strategic meetings to review performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Oversee new store openings, developing and implementing marketing launch plans.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Maintain and improve customer service processes, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and franchisees.
Skills

Strong project management, communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Google workspace, Shopify, MailChimp, Canva, HubSpot, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in customer service and franchisee support is a plus.
Experience

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication of any related experience.
Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the franchise or restaurant industry.
Familiarity with advertising principles and digital marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of email marketing techniques and tools.
Understanding in graphic design terms and best practices.
Abilities to do basic graphic design with user friendly tools like Canva
Knowledge and understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience with analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Basic HTML knowledge for website and mobile app management tasks.
Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior.
